Chad LeMaire

Chad LeMaire brings more than 30 years of senior management and sales experience to CMA Technology Solutions. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical direction of CMA Technology Solutions.In 1991 LeMaire founded Business Computer Logistics. Business Computer Logistics served the Louisiana and East Texas area until 1997 when it merged with Cherbonnier, Mayer and Associates, Inc., to form CMA Technology Solutions, headquartered in Baton Rouge, La. CMA currently serves over 500 customers across the Gulf States.Under LeMaire’s leadership, CMA has grown from a $6 million to a $40+ million Company. CMA has 71 employees up from 14 when LeMaire became CEO. In the last ten years, CMA has transitioned from being primarily an integrator and solution provider to being a full-service technology company with an emphasis on consulting, implementation and design services, cloud offerings, and managed services.LeMaire has a BS in Mass Communications from McNeese State University. He has also attended many post-graduate classes with IBM, LSU, and The Wharton School of Business.

Weldon Long

Weldon Long is a successful entrepreneur, sales expert and a New York Times best-selling author. He’s one of the nation’s most powerful speakers and a driven motivator who teaches the Sales and Prosperity Mindset philosophies that catapulted him from desperation and poverty to a life of wealth and prosperity.At the age of 39, Long was living in a homeless shelter after having served 13 years in prison. A 9th grade dropout and three-time convicted felon, he found himself broke and unable to gain employment.After 6 months of knocking on many doors, he landed a sales position and quickly became one of the industry’s top sales leaders. In 2004, he opened his own company; and in 2009, that company was selected by Inc. magazine as one of the nation’s fastest-growing privately held companies.

Jeff Lutes

Jeff Lutes is the VP of Technology for the Orlando Magic. He oversees the IT and broadcast technologies and services department. In addition to having responsibility for the IT infrastructure at the Magic facilities and the Amway Center, his teams are responsible for all technologies at the Amway Center including interior and exterior LED, IPTV streaming, digital displays, high density Wi-Fi, retail systems, all video room equipment, and strategic vendor and partner relationships. Prior to joining the Magic, Lutes worked as the VP of technology for an international manufacturing company in Central Florida. He is the former CIO of CNL Financial Group.
