WATCH: Ingram Micro On The New Cisco ‘Partner Now’ Portal

Ingram Micro’s new Partner Now portal uses automation to speed up the sales cycle. Cisco is the first vendor to go live on the platform, providing partners with real-time online access to their Ingram Micro orders.

“Digital automation is a big theme for what we’re talking about and where we are very focused as a leadership team around digitally transforming the way we do business with our partners,” said Tim Ament, senior vice-president of Advanced Solutions at Ingram Micro. “With Cisco Partner Now we’ve taken four hour SLAs down to literally minutes.”

The portal enables channel partners to change and track Cisco products and services. Functionality includes order management, instant quoting and quote to order.

“I think the key takeaway is helping their business scale because we all know time is money and to be able to get to market as quickly as possible for your end customers is the key and Cisco Partner Now helps you do that,” said at Peter Graber, executive director of Cisco Business at Ingram Micro.
