Los Angeles’ Mission and Woburn, Mass.-based Privo have joined the short list of AWS Premier Consulting Partners in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network (APN) for their expertise and success in helping customers design, architect, build, migrate and manage their workloads on AWS.

APN Premier Consulting Partners undergo an approval process that includes accreditations and certifications, evidence of a long-term investment in AWS and extensive skills in deploying customer solutions on AWS. Here’s a look at Mission’s and Privo’s new statuses, along with 10 other technology companies that have achieved new AWS designations.

Mission Earns Premier Consulting Partner Status

Mission’s promotion to AWS Premier Consulting Partner recognizes the work by its AWS solutions architects, engineers and consultants in the two years since its founding in 2017, according to CEO Simon Anderson. It will allow the managed service provider to leverage a broader range of AWS programs, including funding for customer consulting, migrations and greenfield builds, he said.

It created the TMC as a platform for the future of mobility by providing vehicle connectivity, real-time data ingestion and normalization, and developer-friendly application programming interfaces for businesses to connected applications for transportation. The TMC will connect the diverse components of urban mobility systems -- connected vehicles, mass transit, pedestrians, city infrastructure and service providers -- with the goal of orchestrating a safer, more efficient and sustainable transportation network.

“Our relationship with AWS expands the opportunity to deliver some of the best experiences to Ford vehicles and our other mobility customers,” says Imtiaz Jaffer, head of platform partnerships at the Palo Alto, Calif.-based company.
